I came for a simple oil change with an appointment. I took almost 2 hours and I didn’t get a report from the free inspection like I should have got. I also noticed that an oil change was 90$. At the other dealer I used to go to that’s the same chain it was only $60 for the same exact thing.I also noticed the car was not washed but seen people washing other cars. I also noticed that my car started making a wierd noise that was never there before kind of like an exhaust rattle. I will never come back to this dealership and would rather drive an hour away to go somewhere I can trust. It crazy that it takes almost 2 hours for an oil change and I didn’t get a report from my free inspection like I should have and I didn’t get the car washed but they were washing other cars.

The experience I’ve had with you guys in the past were horrible and after thinking a couple of times you guys would get it right but it just never happened. It’s not the experience I expected from a dealer and I’ve taken my truck into another shop to have it looked at and they pretty much said I was given a BS story. Never have they seen a helicoil in a Silverado like mine and not to mention a helicoil that wasn’t installed correctly. You can see in the picture the tab was never broken off the helicoil so when your technician put the bolt back in my oil pan it stretched out causing the coil to not be set correctly. It had became aware to me your technicians there half ass the work they do…
View on GoogleThe prices at Advantage Chevrolet are very fair. My 2019 Traverse need an oil change and a transmission fluid flush. The work was done within a reasonable time! I waited in the lobby. My Traverse is running like new. They recommended the routine maintenance at my previous oil change.

View on GoogleTerrible customer service!!! My change oil light remained on after my oil was “changed”, low windshield wiper fluid light remained on after my fluids were “topped off”, no sticker was put in the windshield and no video was sent to me after the car was inspected.
