Bolingbrook Truck Center

I had a great experience with this truck shop. They are very reliable when it comes to tune-ups and diagnostics, and they really know what they’re doing. I’ve also come in for last-minute repairs, and they were incredibly understanding and accommodating every time. Their pricing was reasonable . I highly recommend them to anyone looking for dependable service and excellent workmanship.

Huge disappointment. I get there with small leak from the fuel tank. After a quick chat with the lady behind the desk she told me that they will be able to fix it by the end of the next day, which I was fine. Asking her about estimate she told me that they will take a look and let me know after I drop the truck. At the end of the day I give them a call and ask if they have a chance to take a look and let me know, how much the cost of repair will be. She told me that they are working on the fixing my truck,the damage is small and the price will be acceptable ,otherwise they will call me and ask me if I am" ok" with the cost. Next day, no one call me by the early afternoon, I give them a call and the lady told me that the truck will be ready by the end of the day. Which was exactly what I agreed, but still nothing about the price. What a surprise to see a bill for 1,070.96$. For a SMALL fuel leak . 1,070.96$ - 8 hours of labor. Absolutely unacceptable! Brend NEW tank is 999,0$. ????? And the response that the " owner " of the business just gave is not serious. The Peterbilt truck center is just next door and you can get there and ask. 3000$ is 2×150 gallons fuel tanks + brackets + bolts a full assembly. But this is not the point here. As a official business you don't have to touch anyone's equipment without permission, you didn't get me any estimate price for the job I have been asking for. It is my personal business how i going to fix "MY" equipment . If you offer a good enough way I may stay with you, if you don't i will walkway. And don't forget we are talking about 20 years old truck. A used fuel tank is 200-300$ with a shipment.

I should of left a 5 star the first time I've ever came to this shop.. I've been there 3 times since all for different problems to a front main seal to a total reconstruction of a trailer.. And every time this shop delivers! Greta is the superstar of the office and very knowledgeable.. So don't let her looks fool you! 😉 And Darious.. (sorry if I got the spelling wrong) The super nice bald guy! Who worked on my truck with a couple others.. A+ service everytime.. things explained.. time frames.. pricing.. Always on point.. I've also been called and checked up on after the fact.. I wouldn't bring a truck nowhere else in Chicago besides this place.. period.. Diamond in the rough.. no bs here.. I called at 1pm because I had a coolant leak. The nice lady on the phone said bring it by and they would look at it. Arrived 20 minutes later and dropped my trailer and the pulled my truck in right away and had it done in about an hour. Great people great experience. Thank you to everyone for helping me get back on the road quickly. Highly recommend calling them for all your mechanical and bodyshop needs.

Great shop, with good people. The woman behind the counter was extremely nice and friendly. They Squeezed me in even tho they were busy. Did a great job and keep me filled in the whole process. I recommend them to anyone.
