I have a great experience with Nate, Karl, Mario, Nick, Lorena and whole team. Very professional, honest, and knowledgeable. They explaining everything clearly, do not push unnecessary repairs, and the work is done on time. Pricing is fair and communication is excellent. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to others.
View on GoogleLet me start by saying that this was by far the best experience ever. Not only that they got us in right away they did amazing job on our semi truck!! We went to another shop before and they told us it will take 3 days to fix many things that they supposedly found wrong with it. Well when we got here the owner told us he will look to see what’s the issues for himself because he doesn’t want to fix something that is not broken and make us pay for it. Right then and there we knew we were in a right place, not only they were professional and honest people but also the shop was extremely clean. The owner promised for our truck to be ready the next day and that’s exactly when it was ready. We are beyond blessed to come across shop like this that takes care of their customers and don’t rip you off. Thank you for getting us in, fixing our truck fast and returning to us clean and ready to go. You guys are amazing !!
View on GoogleThe only downside was the wait time for parts. It took quite a while to get a standard air dryer in, which ended up making the overall stay a bit longer than expected. That said, the initial response was fast and the service itself was solid.

This is my honest review…you will not be disappointed going to Bolingbrook Fleet! This is an excellent truck repair shop! They are professional and get the job done! The office staff was very helpful, the technician very skilled and detailed. Pricing was fair and turnaround was quick! Will definitely be going back and using them again! A+ service all around!
