I've had service today at Best Drive Tires in Lemont, and so far it's the most professional and reliable tire shop I've found in the southwest Chicago suburbs. Andrew and Steve are knowledgeable, honest, and always willing to help. Their team focuses on doing the job right the first time and provides excellent customer service. I've talked to a lot of drivers running car haulers, moving trailers, flatbeds, and step decks, and one of the biggest concerns is tire reliability during long hauls. Many worry about tires building up too much heat, especially during the summer, which can lead to premature wear or even blowouts. Even when keeping the tires properly inflated at around 120 PSI and staying on top of maintenance, some tire brands still tend to develop issues over time. That's why I pay close attention to what other drivers are using and what actually performs well on the road. So far, the Continental tires I've purchased through Best Drive Tires have been among the most dependable I've used. They've handled long hours, heavy loads, and changing weather conditions without giving me the problems I've experienced with some other brands. As an owner operator, I highly recommend Best Drive Tires to trucking companies and fellow owner-operators running flatbeds, step decks, and especially low-pro tires for stepdeck, dropdeck trailers. They carry some of the best Continental tires I've found in many years of trucking.
