Meineke Car Care Center

I recently visited Meineke in Bolingbrook for an alignment and vehicle inspection, and I had a great experience. The shop is easily one of the nicest auto repair facilities in the area. From the moment I walked in, the front desk team was friendly, welcoming, and professional. They explained everything clearly and had my vehicle serviced much faster than I expected. The pricing was fair, and there were no surprises when it came time to pay. It’s refreshing to find a shop that values both quality work and customer service. I’ll definitely return for future maintenance and confidently recommend this location to others.

No professionalism at all!!!!!! While talking one the phone I was promised 4 things. Of course just to get my business and money. I work close to the business so I went to get my brakes done because of the convenience, 1. Wasn't able to get an Uber back to work because I came on my lunch break because all the Uber accounts were cancelled, got a ride back in an employee's filth car and was promised my car would be done before 2 pm, the price would be priced matched, the inspection would be waved due to me have a receipt for prior work that was done and I will have a ride @2 to return back to the business at the end of my shift. 2. My car was dropped off at 10am for brakes and rotors. When I was picked up after 2:30pm I then found out that my car was just getting started alittle after 2 and that I would still have the hour long inspection that was supposed to be waved. While have a conversation with the front desk employee (who had given the ride) he promised multiple things after quoting me over 1200 fee for front brakes and rotors. He stated it would be any where from 650 to 780 per Axel I immediately told him to turn around and I will just get my car....... That's where the promises start. 3. When I arrived back to the business no one was on the same page everyone blaming the driver for no communicating. Then the lady/boy wants to go in the garage and start calling me a liar because of the price I paid for my back brakes. Multiple times as if I couldn't hear her and the driver then acts delusional when I say if she has a problem she can just drop my car after wasting 5 hours of my time. She then walks away to continue to open her tarter filled mouth to the other workers meanwhile the driver wants to start arguing stating he doesn't care what I have to say even though he is the reason why I am in the position now because of the lies and thirst of wanted to rip me off. The service was trash the lady/ boy and the no neck driver was very unprofessional. Really hope I don't have to return her for anything they have failed to fix correctly on my car

I am so happy that I have such a competent reliable car service close to me. The service at Meineke in Bolingbrook is second to none! If you want, or need fast trustworthy service you should that your car there. All the staff are so very friendly and helpful. The office manager Maggie is an outstanding. I trust them!

The manager John is absolutely amazing along with their staff. They are honest, hardworking, and keep their word.
