Grease Monkey

Came in right as they opened. Friendly staff, performed the work in a timely fashion. Mentioned all the things that looked good as well as items (like battery) to be aware of for the future. So Good Job. Came here since a local Midas , when I came in for an oil change , wanted to upsell me on shocks , brake pads and rotors on a car with only 16k total miles on it.

Today i got an oil change, they did not do what they suppose to do. They did not check my air tire because it wasnt lit up on my dash. They didnt check my air filter because a hose was losen. If i didnt asked they wont have said anything. The most part, if i didnt double check, they forgot to close the cap on the engine. They finished the job less than 7 mins. I always go to grease monkey but today was very unproffesional.

I stopped in yesterday morning for an oil change and there was only 1 worker on duty, I believe his name was Derek, he went above and beyond for both myself and another guest that arrived shortly after I did, he showed me my filters and replaced my air filter in the glove box as well as being quite knowledgeable and explained many things to me that I never expected, He was amazingly well spoken and offered recommendations to both me and the other woman he was servicing, as I overheard him talking to his other customer he was very respectful and went out of his way to explain everything in a manner she was able to understand, he changed the oil in both of our cars , replaced my filter, replaced her wiper blades, and even filled both of our cars tires lightning fast. He thanked us for our patience, despite completing both vehicles in approximately 15 minutes, I have had quite a few oil changes that have taken much longer with an entire staff working. Both she and I were amazed, hands down the best service and experience i have ever had. I wish I could give more than 5 stars and hope his coworkers are as talented. I will never go to Strickland bros or jiffy lube again. He turned me into a customer for life. I urge anyone who needs their car serviced to visit this shop and hope he is working that day. I will ask for him personally and im sure the other woman will also. And urge you all to as well. Remember the name Derek as I will and kudos for grease monkey employing such an expert. Derek is always professional and respectful. Pays attention to detail and answers questions I may have. Please fix or get an air conditioner for the team at this location. It’s gonna be crazy hot this week. I was also glad to see that your oil tanks and pumps are finally working again. Workers have struggled long enough with pitcher and funnels. You have also been very good to my daughter Katelyn who also enjoys coming to this shop. That means a lot to me Thank you.

I needed some service and went to a few places looking to get them done, had no luck with anything, And a employee from Auto zone told me to go here and see what they could do for me. And OMG guys they did everything I needed. And all 3 of the guys there where so Amazing and kind very helpful and didn't mine and questions you had. They where so understanding and I means great service and fast with it as well. Under a 20 minute wait I had. You guys where so Amazing today and made my day. GOD BLESS EACH OF YOUUUU.
