Crash Champions Collision Repair Bolingbrook

I had few scratches on my car, got much higher estimates on other places. Rachel gave me additional discounts to give a very good repair price. Everything was done within the lowest timeframe she told me. Car was nicely cleaned and as if they left their signature on it. It was above expectation . I do hope I dont have to comeback ( collision is not fun ) but this is the first place I will check if I ever need anything similar. I feel they deserve 6 star for the work they have done.

My car had lots of damage from a hailstorm in March. Nick provided Allstate with documentation so they would approve the repairs. They kept me informed on the progress of the repairs either by phone or text. The car looks like new! I was impressed with the quality of the work, the courtesy of any employee I interacted with and the cleanliness of the facility. Thanks, Nick and everyone else for minimizing the anguish of dealing with car repairs. I would definitely return to Crash Champions if needed,

If you ever need to do body work, do yourself a favor and avoid them like devil avoids church unless you don’t care about quality. Took my car here for a bumper respray after got rearended. They did such an amazing job that had to call back and arrange to fix their paint job. Took of the bumper dropped it off for one week. About a month after i picked it up the chrome molding start to come off, adhesive they used wasn’t the best (not mentioning that this was suppose to be new part according to them and not new adhesive). Removed molding today to apply new adhesive and this is what i find. They did not even bother to remove old adhesive from the surface, just applied coat of paint on top. Never bothered to prep the surface. I can literally pick up top coat of paint with finger nail (You can see darker spot). If you care about work quality avoid this place. I would give them negative stars if this was an option.

They were able to schedule repairs super last minute for me, and I was super happy with communication and the service felt really honest. Working with Carlos was such a breeze, and I really felt like he made the whole process way less stressful after getting into an accident.

I am greatly dissatisfied with the lack of communication and professionalism at Crash Champions Bolingbrook. While our car was in their care, the technician apparently had to jump-start the vehicle multiple times. What is most concerning is that this information was never communicated to anyone. The technician failed to mention it, and no one on their team informed us when we picked up the car. We only found out the next morning when my mom was unable to start her car before work. When we called Crash Champions, they confirmed that the car had needed jump starts while at their shop and casually told us that replacing the battery would be an “easy fix.” We had the battery tested independently, and it still had plenty of life left. The actual issue was faulty wiring causing one of the dome lights to stay on and drain the battery. We brought the car back to Crash Champions, and they reassured us that the issue had been resolved. It was not. We continued having to jump-start the car every morning. After taking the car back again, almost a week passed with no communication, updates, or outreach from anyone at the shop. They claim an email was sent, but no email was ever received, and no one called us. We only got information after reaching out ourselves and asking for answers. Now they are claiming that the issue is unrelated to the repair they performed, but our vehicle never experienced any of these problems prior to being in their shop. Mistakes can happen, but what has been most frustrating is the lack of transparency, poor communication, and repeated assurances that issues were fixed when they clearly were not. This entire experience has caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience and has left us with very little confidence in their work.
