The technicians are great as well—fast, efficient, and the work is always done right. Everyone there is friendly and genuinely wants to help you get the best deal possible. I had a check engine light come on and wanted to get it checked out. I was able to make an appointment for the next day. The mechanic did a diagnostic and found the problem. He suggested fixing another issue at the same time. I wasn't pressured at all to get the additional work done. Tires Plus accommodated my schedule and finished everything that needed to be done in a couple of days (had to leave car overnight so parts could be ordered). Extremely happy with the mechanics and staff at the University location in Des Moines. Highly recommend. I will use them again.

Gene and Deb have always taken excellent care of me here. Years ago, I stopped at an express oil change place and they didn't fully tighten my drain pan. I was leaking oil and had zero car savvy. Gene fixed me up and didn't even charge for it. I've been loyal to this location for years since!

Horrible! They tried telling me that I needed new tires when all of my tires were great (Which I learned after I took them to a which I learned, after I took them to a different tire dealership). the car was only Needing a rotation. They then proceeded to recommend tires and when I ask them why they were recommending that specific brand, their response was “because that’s what we have in stock”. The job was lacking honesty and professionalism. I do not recommend them!
