I stopped after hearing something a crunch after a bump. They got me in right away the next morning. It was a quick fix and I just found my new place that will take care of my vehicle long term. Fast, honest and knowledgeable. Plus I love Gretchen!

View on GoogleJoe and his team do an outstanding job! Joe was upfront, honest, and transparent about pricing and exactly what needed to be repaired on my Honda Pilot. He even provided a loaner car at no charge while my vehicle was being worked on, which was incredibly helpful and greatly appreciated. The service was excellent from start to finish. This is now my go-to local shop for car repairs, and I highly recommend them! Also a plus- Gretchen the shop cat! She definitely completes Burch Auto. :)
View on GoogleLived in valley junction for three years. I had a 2008 jeep Liberty that needed a pinion seal. I was told the car was too old to be worked on... A 2008! Driving by I saw many cars older than that in the parking lot. Declining a job is fine, lying is not. Hilltop tire in Johnston, or Busted Knuckles (also in valley junction) I would put far ahead of this place.
