The manager, Pete, was friendly and helpful. He got us checked in quickly and they got right to work on my car. The technician, AJ, got the job done efficiently and personally came in and talked to me about an issue that showed up during the inspection that needs further attention. It was a great experience and I would recommend them to friends or family.

The looked at my van, let me know what needed to be done and what really didn't. He also noticed the serpentine belt needed replaced. That was something the other place didn't mention. The price ended up being more than half of what the other place quoted. Pete was fair, friendly, thorough, and seems to actually care. They will have all of my business from now on.

I've always been happy with the service and timely response. Pete is honest and helpful even when they can't perform the service I need. One of my kids had a transmission issue and Pete referred us to a shop that specializes in transmissions and they were great. Highly recommend Pete and his team at All Pro Service Center in West Des Moines.

Pete was very knowledgeable and explained what the problem might be and set me up to get it checked out right away which I appreciated since it appeared to be a safety issue. He was very straightforward on what was needed and his mechanic did the repair in timely fashion. I highly recommend All-Pro in West Des Moines based on my experience!
