I went to Jacobsen after my car was hit on the front right side, had to replace the fender, headlight, etc. After a couple days of my car being in their shop, I receive a call from the other party's insurance person saying Jacobsen Auto cracked my windshield while putting my fender on and they've included the price to fix my windshield in my quote. I don't know what planet they're living on where they think that's my responsibility after they broke it, but they need to come back down to Earth. I went to pick up my car and the front desk lady immediately had an attitude and was anything but helpful and sympathetic. They are trying to claim it was cracked before I came in and it wasn't visible to anyone but them putting my fender on made it worse, which is a very convenient excuse for them. I asked them to explain or prove it wasn't their fault it was cracked and I got nothing. Then the front lady said there was nothing they could do, and gave me the contact info for someone that's not even my insurance company. Needless to say my windshield is still cracked and will most likely worsen over time.I wish I had never gone here at all.
