If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. This was my first time using United Fleet, and it will definitely be my last. I took my vehicle in a couple of weeks ago for an oil change and fluid top-off right before a cross-country trip. They told me everything was done and that my car was ready to go. After returning from my trip, my vehicle began having serious issues. It died on me three different times within about ten minutes, and I had to pay $140 to have it towed to another shop. I then paid another $200 for a full inspection and diagnostics, where they discovered three existing oil seal leaks that were never mentioned by United Fleet on my paperwork. Even worse, the new shop noted that the oil change sticker on my windshield was never replaced, and when they checked my dipstick, the oil was at the low mark—suggesting that the oil change may not have been done at all. There’s no oil leaking in my driveway, so it’s not draining out. United Fleet also claimed to have topped off all fluids, yet my washer fluid was bone dry and other fluids were low. This experience shows a complete lack of honesty, professionalism, and attention to detail. I expected a basic service to be done correctly—especially before a long drive—but they failed miserably and potentially put my family’s safety at risk. I will never return and urge others to double-check everything before trusting them if you decide to use this shop.

They have serviced all 7 of our vehicles for over 6 years and done a fantastic job. As someone else said, they let you know what needs fixed and don't try to up sell. They routinely have found problems that are either recalls or issues under warranty and sent me to the dealer as well. Their customer service is excellent and prices are reasonable. Highly recommend!

They are honest and don't try to upsell me work I don't need. *Update* They found a problem with my AC, and instead of trying to sell me $600 of work they checked for a recall, sent me to the dealership, and it was fixed for free. Class act.
View on GoogleTook my van for the oil change. The employee that was doing the oil change didn’t know what socket to use. Came up to the front and asked what size of socket. The other employee told him to look it up. Came back 5 min later and told me that the bolt was strip. Never had issue with until bringing my Vehicle to them. Obviously they cross thread it. Now my van is leaking oil which never did before. We have a bigger problem then an oil change because of them. They obviously don’t stand behind there work and have uneducated employee’s working on cars.
