⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a great experience at the Big O Tires on NW Urbandale Ave! A few weeks ago I stopped in and the team kindly put air in my tires for me and took the time to inspect them. They showed me the report and explained that my tires were very old and worn. I came back recently and had new tires installed, along with an oil change and a new battery. The guys were extremely helpful, worked with me on the price, and did a fantastic job. Great customer service and they really took the time to explain everything. The service was friendly, honest, and efficient. Thank you to the team at the NW Urbandale Ave Big O Tires for taking such good care of me. I’ll definitely be a return customer and highly recommend them!

My son and I are driving from Wisconsin to California. We got a flat tire driving on Highway 80 in Iowa around Des Moines. We managed to get the flat tire off and put on the spare. We drove a couple miles to the Big O tires in Urbandale. They got us a new tire and put it back on for us. They even pulled all our camping gear out of the back of our Golf GTI hatchback and put the spare back. We were back on the road in less than 30 minutes. Thank you to Tevin and everyone at Big O Tires. You made a potentially catastrophic situation not so bad at all. You were livesavers. Bless you all.

Tevin was great and friendly got me mr super quick as one of my 4 trailer tires looks like it was about to blow but I needed all 4 anyways. Wait time was about normal with other shops ive been to 30-45 minutes but i didnt even have an appointment set up either. Shop is really clean everyone is friendly and I feel the prices are very reasonable. If im in the area again and in need of tires ill Definitely be stopping back here again

My sister and I were traveling cross country and late at night the tire pressure light came on. We went to the car dealer early next morning and they did not have the tire. I called Big O Tires in Clive, Iowa, and spoke to Brian. He had the tire we needed. Without an appointment he squeezed us in so we could continue our road trip. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and professional. We highly recommend this store and especially Brian.
