I'm currently relocating to Dallas, TX, and my husband and I have been customers of BMW DSM for almost 5 years. I'm going to miss the exceptional customer service from Joel in the service department and Carson in sales. The best team ever. These guys go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Our new BMW dealership in Grapevine, TX will have big shoes to fill!
View on GoogleCan't say enough positive things about this dealer. Always loved the Z3 and recently bought one from the dealership and had it shipped to Florida. Good price for a great condition, low mileage Z3. They provided a 60 day warranty and honored it perfectly, actually returning almost a third of the purchase price. Although I doubt they made any money on the transaction, they treated me as if I bought a new 8 or 9 series BMW. Old school: honest and caring. Many Kudos to Tony in sales and Jared in service.
View on GoogleI called for a quote to get roughly $3k of maintenence done on my BMW X5m. Service advisor was suppose to call back. Days go by...no calls. I've heard from others to go somewhere else for service.

View on GoogleIf there was an option for no stars I’d put 0. We are currently stationed overseas, this is my wife’s car which we left with our daughter to drive until our return. Our BMW tripped a chassis sensor twice causing issues with the steering and driving on our car. This is the second time the issue happened and twice this service center failed to fix the issue. The car was taken into the service center, service techs told to replace the sensor, yet the service tech claimed all they would do is reset the sensor and refused to replace it. Unfortunate to worry about vehicle maintenance at a dealer service center from a continent away, when this issue presents itself again we will look for other more competent options to repair it.
