I had an issue with the undercoating being applied lightly in a few areas on my truck. I also had the limited warranty paperwork have a few issues. After posting this, S&C called to make things right with another appointment. I start work early and didn't want to take the truck back in which would cause me to take more time off of work. So, I used a can of spray undercoating to touch up the light areas. S&C sent me corrected paperwork. I changed my three star review to a four star. My original post follows... I have used S&C for years. I usually purchase from them every couple of years. My last experience with undercoating, they didn't get good coverage on the whole undercarriage. You walk by the wheelwell and see issues with the coverage. My last name is wrong on the receipt & the limited warranty and they wouldn't fix it. None of the items covered with a limited warranty were checked off as being covered. My bill was $1331.00 and I felt slightly disregarded with this not being corrected. I see the front half of the rear leaf springs were undercoated (which looks great) and the rear half of the rear leaf springs were not sprayed well (which looks bad). I then crawl underneath and inside the rear bumper looks lightly sprayed on the lower edge. The rest of the undercoating looks good and the spray-in bedliner looks good.

Brought in my daughter’s car to add a monitor and reverse viewing when backing up. Jason did an amazing job Kept me in the loop on the installation process throughout the day (which I appreciated) Won’t use anywhere else for any vehicle modifications In fact, going back for spray in bed liner in my truck and bed cover but will only work with Jason. Ty Jason for reminding me what customer service should be
