David Nagle (service person) kept me up to date on the repair. After the work was done there was an issue. He welcomed the comments and brought the car back asap and got everything done. He's super communicator and is extremely safety conscious.
View on GoogleMy 2025 subaru crosstrek was in for a routine oil change/service. The staff are great!! My service appointment was very quick. My only complaint is they f forgot to fill my windshield washer fluid. I filled it myself about a week after my appointment. No big deal but next time I will remind them to check it. 🙂
View on GoogleI could not be more thankful for Patrick and the entire Service team that was present this Saturday morning (1/3/26). They turned a potential nightmare into a slight travel delay. I had just finished getting gas near I-80 late Friday evening, headed home to NY from Colorado, when many lights on the dashboard turned on and I lost all heat. I went straight to the nearest open auto parts store. They let me know a crucial valve was malfunctioning but they couldn’t do anything about it because the part would take them a week to get. They advised that I could drive in short bursts to NY, without heat, stopping every few hours to refill the coolant, and visit my mechanic in NY. In this cold….with my dog also in the car?!? Freaking out, I booked a hotel until I could figure out what to do to still make it to work on Monday and not damage my engine. After a quick Google search I realized Ramsey Subaru was only 20 minutes from my hotel. I showed up just before opening and waited not knowing what to expect or if I could continue my journey home. Pat and his team ran the diagnostics, confirmed the problem, and let me know it would all be covered under warranty. They also gave me an expected wait time (3-4hrs) and made sure Lavender and I would be comfortable for the duration. We were checked on several times, offered a variety of snacks/drinks, and the car was ready in just over 2 hours. I’ve made it home and am so thankful for everyone’s help! The level of customer service was above & beyond. Thanks again!!!

View on GoogleGreat service and faster than expected. I dropped my Outback off ahead of my appointment time and the diagnosis was completed prior to the appointment time. The repair was completed the same day because the part needed was in stock at the dealership. Also the ServiceAdvisor was a pleasure to work with. If you're in the Des Moines area I would highly recommend Ramsey Subaru.
