Scott & the staff at the collision center were great! Extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Repaired minor damage on bumper and got my car back looking perfect! They even deep cleaned the interior at no extra cost! I'm now a Bob Brown customer for life!
View on GoogleMy SUV and I were rear-ended, and my vehicle went to this Collision Center for repair. Everyone at the Center was efficient, polite, and service-oriented. Parts were on back-order for a while, but they did what they could given the current situation in the industry, and the final repairs were properly "invisible" -- and the interactions and communications with the staff were excellent. Scott was my primary contact. A satisfied customer here.
View on GoogleVery disappointed with the Service Department. I would avoid Bob Brown at all cost. They INSISTED we need 4 brand new tires on our vehicle and would not do an alignment until we bought all new tires. We took the vehicle to another dealer and only one tire needed to be replaced. Cant you just be honest? Do you have to try to take advantage of everyone?
