DO NOT COME HERE THIS LOCATION HAS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE HAD MY FRIEND WAITING 3 HOURS FOR A TIRE PLUG COMPLETELY WASTER HER TIME HAD OTHER CUSTOMERS COME IN AND LEAVE BEFORE HER THEN CLAIMED THEY COULD NOT FIX THE TIRE “DUE TO LOW TREAD” BUT STILL FIXED IT THREW THE FIXED TIRE IN THE TRUNK PUT THE SPARE TIRE ON THE FRONT WHICH WE ALL KNOW SPARE TIRES GO ON THE REAR AND THEN HAD THE AUDACITY TO LET HER LEAVE WITH THE PSI AT 18 WHEN IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN AT 60 CHECKED THE TIRE THEY PLUGGED AND IT WAS FILLED TO 70 PSI WHEN IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN AT 32 I AM A MECHANIC DOING THIS REVIEW AGAIN DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE ALL THE PEOPLE WHO WORK HERE SHOULD BE FIRED FOR PUTTING CUSTOMERS LIVES AT RISK WHAT A SHAME

My car kept making this noise for weeks and I could figure out where the noise was coming from and I took it to this location and the manger, Mr Wilson took his time to find the issue, explained to me how to prevent it from happening again and so much more information about my vehicle. Overall a great shop to bring your vehicle and would definitely recommend them.

I bought four brand new tires for a 2020 Toyota Camry LE. My entire ride to work the next day felt extremely unsafe. The front desk agent was argumentative versus problem-solving. Arielle was very defensive of her team when she could’ve listened to my concerns and addressed them properly. My tires were not balanced properly and the service manager or staff member did not show any true concern to see what the actual issue was. My car was the last to be serviced yesterday so this may play a role in the quality of service. But if the price did not change, the quality of service shouldn’t either. I also did not receive any maintenance report on my car from this visit. I did everything I was instructed to do as far as arriving before 6pm and waiting for my car. This team seemed like they were just eager to close.
