Tires Plus

I came Monday April 6th to get my car fixed as the check engine light came on and within 3 days April 9th paying almost 4000 the check engine came on again. I am sick and tired of mechanic shops thinking women don't know better. Mark this review imma sue for negligence and damages if they do not fix my car because I spent way to much money to have the car still having issues. They had nerve to charge another diagnostic fee instead of waving it when somebody didnt do there job in the first place. You should want customers to come back because they trust you they have lost a loyal customer 💯 I am an educator and unlike them I am not in the business of ripping people off or making things difficult for them I help people for a living. Can't say the same about this business because I got an oil change from a tires plus on February 6th 2026 and they didnt even put the sticker on the windows meaning they probably didnt even do anything 😤 😔. Update: The check engine light is still on apparently I was charged for work that wasn't even done because if the work was actually completed the light wouldnt keep coming on. All they did was clear it by disconnecting the battery. I have been back on 3 separate visits. Just horrible and why lie to someone in this economy. What they have done is committed fraud charging for a service they did not perform. ***companies like this are pure evil and live based on ripping off pure hearted people. The people who got happy charging ridiculous rates should feel guilty. That's what's wrong with this world so many evil people and no one wants to do the right thing. I just wanted my car fixed and they caused more stress and duress than anything. They have no sympathy preying on a teacher for goodness sake.

they did an amazing job with my car and giving me an alignment with great customer service and speedy service. I have nothing but good critique. The environment was also very comfortable and the experts really seem to know what they were talking about.

I came there yesterday to get my back tire inspected and left with a broken windshield, dented roof, and both fenders bent in. These spots of the damage were obvious signs of someone not knowing how to work the lift. When I showed them the damage they claim that they didn’t do it. When I showed the manager the crack, I wiped the crack on my windshield with my finger and I had fresh glass splinters on my the tip of my finger. It was raining really hard that morning and I had to use my windshield wipers. There wouldn’t have been any glass splinters on the crack if it happened before bringing it to the shop. But they still claim they didn’t do the damage. I can’t even open my hood all the way anymore. Mind you, I worked on my car that Saturday and was able to open my hood and had no damages on those areas. I also drove my on Sunday and there was no damage. Again, I’m working on my car so I look at my car good everyday. So for them so say that they didn’t do these damages to my car is absurd

Hi today I just needed air in my tires on my chevy blazer. Mr. Terry was so nice, so busy multi-tasking the phones and customers in front. I told him I see your busy but I need my tire pressure checked, he said give him a few mins. He put air in the tire that needed it and checked the other ones so quickly. I was so grateful because he got me in and out so fast. Great job!

Will was very professional & was a very big help , I ran into a issue with my aftermarket rims & he helped me throughout the whole process we had to order a few things he never was rude or impatient. 10/10 service
