Words cannot express how amazing these people are. On his way back from college my son was rear ended on I20 by someone who proceeded to speed off. He was stranded on the side of the highway, alone and scared. We talked to him at length and noticed Nalley collision center was only an exit up the highway. He got a police escort to the exit and his car limped in to Nalley at 4:45 on a Friday. The team immediately made him comfortable. They made temporary repairs to his car so he could safely drive back to North Carolina. Then they noticed his tire had also been damaged and made arrangements with a nearby tire shop to replace his tire. All in under an hour on a Friday evening. As a parent I was in tears when I called to thank them for their service, their compassion and their humanity. They simply said that they were parents too and they wanted to help a young man in need. We didn’t actually buy anything from this amazing group of people. But I can say with certainty that if they treat their clients half as well as they treated my son, they are the best in the nation bar none. A lot of businesses have good products, or good service. Some have both. Very, very few businesses care deeply for people when there is no financial incentive to do so. Nalley did that for our family. And I will forever be grateful to them.

We all know that being in a car accident is rarely ever easy no matter how minor. My fairly new car was rear ended by an uninsured motorist so it has been incredibly stressful to say the least but Nalley Collision East made sure my repairs were done quickly (2 weeks earlier than estimated) and efficiently.
