My experience with the customer service at Nalley Kia was excellent from start to finish. The staff was professional, friendly, and genuinely attentive to my needs throughout the entire service process. They communicated clearly about the work being done on my vehicle, answered all of my questions with patience, and made sure I felt informed and valued as a customer. The service team worked efficiently while still providing a welcoming and respectful atmosphere. I truly appreciated their honesty, responsiveness, and commitment to making the experience smooth and stress-free. Their outstanding customer care reflects very positively on the dealership, and I would confidently recommend them to others seeking reliable automotive service.

I’ve been to Nelly Kia a few times now, and every time I’ve worked with Dannon, the experience has been excellent. He’s patient, thorough, and genuinely helpful he takes the time to explain what’s going on with my car instead of rushing through it. He’s warm and welcoming every single time, and it’s clear he actually cares about getting things right, not just getting you out the door. Great service advisors are hard to find, and Dannon is one of the best. If you’re bringing your car in, ask for Dannon Wright.

On 8/11/2025 my 2013 KIA Optima motor needed to be replaced due to a defected engine. That didn’t work out well, mainly because of lack communication and repair service. I’m the only driver of this vehicle. On 9/18/2025 I was told vehicle would be ready for pick up but repair status tracked check said it was it was in diagnostic, even on the actual pick up date. Well 9/25/2025 Tashunni Howard said they just received all the parts as well as suggesting other parts to ensure the engine would perform well. On 10/8/2015 I received a call to pick my vehicle but couldn’t. At this time I am told the new battery was dead because now I am being informed that the door latch is broken which was not broken before to my knowledge. With that being said it has to stay until the latch was replaced. On 10/9/2025 late evening my vehicle was ready for up, I thought. Then and only then, on the way to my vehicle Ms. Howard informed me that my push start is no longer working to start my vehicle. In order to drive it now I will have to stick the key fob inside the dash. Then I asked what happened and how can this be fixed? Ms. Howard said with smile that she didn’t know. I left a very unsatisfied customer.

Communication sucks! My advisor was ready to charge me $1600 for something that was covered under my powertrain warranty. I had to tell her to check because my vehicle only has 58k miles on it and I am the original owner. I also veneered new tires and specifically asked for Bridgestone !!! When I picked up my vehicle my invoice said Bridgestone but the tires were an off brand. No one knew or could explain why this happened. This store is going downhill again. I will be going to Rick Case moving forward.

Brian made my experience amazing! Service was beyond exceptional from beginning to end. All my issues were resolved and I received my vehicle back exactly when it was promised to me cleaner than when I dropped it off inside out. I will definitely return for my next service at Nalley KIA.
