Erik was AMAZING!! extremely patient and provided the BEST customer service/ professional skills. He was the only agent in the front and managed all the customers with extreme care, including a woman that was hearing impaired and had a speech impediment. The level of care was A1. Also, the technicians/ mechanics performed better at the Thornton Rd location than the Cascade location, as they didn't even realize I had drums on my rear tires (along with other minor mishaps). Even though I dont live in Lithia Springs, this will be the only store I'll go to from here on out.
