I been goin to Alex couple of hours he was nice he was professional I wonder how people give him bad review even when there here for 5 min he is a really good hard working person a lot of people don’t know he is by himself ! I recommend him 100% he helped me whe I had complications I truly believe he is doing his best !!
View on GoogleWould not recommend. His service seems to depend on his mood. He does not like to be questioned about his work at all. Not even the process of it if you just happen to be curious. When the same tire he patched was leaking within 48hrs he suggested I ran over a nail again. Sir, the same exact tire. Not saying it’s impossible, but he wouldn’t even take a look at the tire again. I was willing to pay him for his time but we didn’t even get that far because of his attitude.

View on GoogleAlex was upset I told him to flip the tire I had mounted because the rotation was wrong. He argued with me and told me show him on google what way tire rotation goes so I did, I was right and he got more upset and told me the tires were bad tires and asked why I wanted them (they are Mickey Thompson et street r tires that cost $450 each the are racing tires) he then asked if I would buy them from him next time so I’m guessing he was upset I had my own tires I wanted mounted and he couldn’t sell me other ones. He was very rude and I won’t be coming back. He also said he didn’t have weights to balance the wheels and tires but still charged me the full price including balancing. I see they have a lot of excuses for bad service on reviews so I wonder what their excuse will be for this one. I added a picture outside of their shop so at least they can’t say they don’t have a record of them doing any service on my car like they have on multiple other bad reviews.
