DO NOT send your driver to DENT TIRE LLC for repair work unless you’re prepared to pay significantly more than expected. They quoted $150/hr for labor and wanted to charge 4 hours of labor to replace one air bag. What really makes this unacceptable is the authorization: they did not clearly request approval before adding work/charges — you just get a bill at the end. We’ve used their tire service for years, but since expanding into a repair shop with new management, they’ve become overpriced and are gouging customers. If you value transparency and fair pricing, go somewhere else.

I have a long good review/story, about how we met but I'm going to keep it short. I want to thank Joslyn and Enrique Dent at Dent Tires, for an amazing experience in helping me find my tire which is hard to get, or find, because of the unique tire size and you have to wait when you order. They took the time to look for my tire and drive the tire to me. I got my tire on the same day. Plus im not from Conyers, Ga and they help me out. I have to say that GOD sent them to me because my car was out of service and I needed my tire to finish school. Thank you so much may GOD keep blessing you and your family. You have me as a new client. I look forward to the next time
