I went in for an emissions test, and although I did not pass, the customer service was excellent!! Justin explained why I possibly did not pass and what I needed to do before the retest. I had not driven my car for several months and needed to put some miles on it. Justin was very polite and professional, he not only added air to my tires, he also changed out the windshield wipers that I had with me. At the end of all that great customer service, I found out that Justin was the General Manager of the location. What a great way to stay in touch with the customers. I will be going back in a couple of weeks to retest and get an oil change. Awesome service Justin!!!

I have been coming here for several years and have never been disappointed. Not only are they efficient but are personable and professional. I don’t know about the other locations, but the one on Thornton Rd. Is my go to. All the people that work there are great, but I have had Justin G. work on my car a couple of times now and he is great.

I always have a great customer service experience when I visit the Thorton Rd. location! Trey has been my service advisor for my last few visits & again today. He always greets me with a smile and thoroughly explains what is taking place and advises (not pressure) me on suggested services I may need in the future. He's a great example of providing excellent & professional customer service and this is why I always come back to this location to have my car serviced. Swing by and ask for Trey, you won't be disappointed!

From start to finish, he explained everything to me in a way that was clear, honest, and easy to understand never rushed, never condescending, just professional and genuinely helpful. What really stood out was his friendliness and courtesy. He didn’t just tell me what was going on with my vehicle; he made sure I understood why it mattered. On top of that, he took the time to educate me on a dashboard setting/tool I didn’t even know existed, which is something most people would never think to show a customer. Those small, thoughtful moments make a huge difference. That level of care and attention is exactly what builds trust and keeps customers coming back. Because of this experience, I will absolutely be a repeat customer at this location.
