My grandmother had her engine replaced with a new one on her 2000 Silverado 2500 HD and they ended up cracking the oil pan upon replacement. Instead of taking the time to replace the oil pan that they damaged personally, they used JB weld inconsistently charged her for engine repairs want her engine was under 1,000 miles. They lied to her better harmonic balancer and other parts that were already replaced upon the new engine. And continue to charge her until she stopped using their service. I had a Chrysler Sebring brought into their shop years before, and he got frustrated because he got stuck on the rack due to issues they had that he bought a used engine off of Facebook marketplace to replace it with. It ended up failing and when I tried to use the warranty to replace it there was no warranty because it was never bought refurbished. These people lie to your face about the problem just to get your money and fix issues that have never occurred. When we initially got that engine replaced for my Chrysler Sebring it ran into a coil pack issue. Upon personally replacing the coil pack it had a severe knock that they refuse to acknowledge and replace. To only later find out that there was no warranty on the engine because it was not a refurbished engine. I do not care for their work and do not wish that they have any more work to come towards them. As nice as they come off they are very deceitful people who only care for their own self gain and no one else around them.
