Always a joy to be here even if it's just an oil change appointment. They have a cozy waiting room with seating for six and a television for viewing. They offer individualized coffee selections and a clean bathroom. Their lobby is clean and efficient and always has some friendly face willing to help.

First time customer and probably not my last time using the shop. I had a really great overall experience with Alpha Auto Center. Nick was excellent and kept me informed every step of the way, especially while dealing with my warranty company when the claim was denied and the repair had to switch to customer payment. I really appreciated his communication and transparency throughout the process. Their turnaround time was also very fast, which I was extremely grateful for. Another thing that really stood out was their complimentary pickup service. As someone who is single and doesn’t have other drivers at home or friends close enough to take me to the shop, that service was incredibly helpful and made the whole situation much less stressful. I also loved the digital inspection report that was sent directly to my phone. It was very helpful to see exactly what was going on with my vehicle and made the process feel very transparent. When I picked up my car it seemed to be running great so far. I did notice some greasy fingerprints left behind from the service, but when I reached out, management responded quickly, apologized, and even offered a complimentary cleaning. I really appreciated them taking the feedback seriously. Overall, great communication, fast service, and a team that cares about their customers. With a little extra attention to wiping down vehicles after service, the experience would be absolutely perfect. I would definitely use them again.

I had an excellent experience with Alpha Auto and they’ve definitely earned my trust as my go-to shop moving forward. I’ve dealt with shady repair shops in the past, so I’m usually very cautious when it comes to vehicle repairs. The team at Alpha Auto completely changed that experience for me. They were transparent, professional, and took the time to explain the work being done on my 2017 Jeep Wrangler. What really stood out was their attention to quality. They actually installed a better and more reliable oil cooler solution than the one I originally asked about, and they took the time to show me the old failed part and explain everything clearly. That level of honesty and customer care is hard to find. The work was done right, the Jeep is running great, and the entire experience gave me confidence that my vehicle was in good hands. Took husband's truck in for new brakes and rotors front and back. They called after inspection and told hubby only fronts needed replaced. Saving us $500. So I will Always highly recommend this company. Not often you find Honest people when it comes to car repairs. So a big Thank you to Alpha. You guys are truly the Best.

This place is incredible! The owner and employees have taken great care of my vehicle many times. I absolutely trust them 100% - they always go above and beyond! You can tell they really care about their customers, keeping them safe on the road, and overall quality of service.
