Chloe's Auto Repair and Tire Dallas Hiram

EDIT: I took my car to Chloe’s Auto Repair in Dallas, GA to have the air conditioning inspected and repaired. During my first visit, I was told they would perform a diagnostic and add dye/fluid to check for leaks. I was charged more than $700 for this service. Within a week, the air conditioning stopped working again, so I contacted the shop and was told this was “normal” and that I needed to bring the vehicle back so they could use a blue light to locate the leak. After returning my vehicle, I was informed that the condenser needed to be repaired and that my car would be taken to their Kennesaw location. Later that same day, I received a call from Chloe’s Auto Repair informing me that my vehicle had been involved in an accident while being driven back from Kennesaw to Dallas by one of their employees. When I arrived at the shop, I immediately documented the damage with photos and informed the front desk staff that I would not be paying for the services at that time. They acknowledged my concerns and returned my keys. I also obtained a copy of the police report and the owner’s contact information. I was told I would be contacted by the owner to obtain insurance information and discuss the incident further, but he never reached out. This is not the level of professionalism or care anyone expects from a repair shop that promotes itself as reliable and trustworthy. My vehicle was damaged while under their care and responsibility, and the shop was not proactive or transparent in addressing the situation. The following morning, after not hearing from anyone, I called and requested to speak with the owner, Jack. It took 2-3 phone calls before he finally provided the insurance information needed for the damage claim. During our conversation, he attempted to persuade me to allow his shop to complete the repairs and order the parts themselves, but I declined and requested to work directly through the insurance company. He initially stated he did not have the insurance information available and promised a return call. When he finally provided the information, I was told I would need to handle communication with the insurance company myself moving forward. He also requested payment for the AC repair bill before the accident-related repairs had even been completed. At no point did I feel there was genuine accountability, concern, or even a sincere apology for the situation. The response I received was simply, “accidents happen.” Since then, I have spent two months dealing with reports, insurance coordination, collision repairs, and the significant stress, inconvenience, and lost time this situation has caused my family. Although the insurance company ultimately repaired the accident damage, the shop continues to contact me requesting payment for the services performed on the day of the accident. My car left Chloe's with diminished value, further repairs to be pursued, and everything else involved dealing with this incident. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this shop and hope they choose to resolve this matter fairly and professionally without further escalation.

Amazing service! Costly but I was well taken care of. A young man over 3 years ago referred them to me while i was at a Chick-fil-A drive thru and i didn't show up until now. Glad i did and that i remembered their name. Customer service is my top priority wherever I go on top of quality. I got both and love it. I will be back! $500 and absolutely no oil replaced with the absolute monstrous amount of sealant. I would never recommend this place. I wish I took a video with how abysmally little the oil was. Almost looked like it just ran out of the rest of the unit but paid a good chunk to have the diff resealed and filled up while finding out it’s in terrible shape and again would never recommend this place. Doesn’t change the diff was shot but terrible experience. Updated: apparently the sealant also found its way to the end of the axle assembly

I was notified every step of the way what was being performed to my vehicle, resulting in exceptional work at the end of the day. I will definitely be back for required car maintenances needed.

We had a wonderful experience. We took our van on a Saturday because it was leaking oil. They fixed it within 3 hours and even sent us video of where the leak was coming from. We are happy to have found a reliable mechanic near us. They are honest and were affordable. Will be definitely coming here for our car needs. Thank you!
