B & H WHEELS AND TIRES DALLAS

Let me just start off by saying WOW!!! These freaking guys knocked this out of the park for me. This is my 3rd lifted truck and by far the best job done. I had plans to start building this truck and started off with B&H for the 7” lift, 2” level and 37’s! They did one hell of a job. The job was supposed to take 2 days and the same day my truck got dropped off it was completely finished! from the lift, to the tires, to the spacers man they did it all. They assured me along the way, and did amazing. Antonio, Jr, and Herman… you guys ROCK!!! Can’t wait to roll in with the truck completely done to show yall the outcome!! COME HERE FOR ALL OF YOUR WHEEL, TIRE, and LIFT NEEDS!!!

Always had great experiences with these guys. They are straight up, honest, & won't waste your time like most shops around here. Randomly pulled up on them a few times, (without even calling first, my expectations were low) but theyve always got me rolling again with minimal wait. Great pricing as well, been recommending B&H to my family/frienda for years. Only wish- is it possible to start setting appointment times at all? I know in this industry it's slightly impossible, but running a small repair business myself, it would be handy. Just an idea- Setting up like a 2-4 hour drop-off system while Im out finishing other things for my current job, would be awesome!! Also, do you work on motorcycle tires/rims at all if it's taken off the bike & brought in as benchwork? Just basic things like tire change/balance/etc. I can reinstall onto the motorcycle when I'm back at my shop. Whether you're working with something stock, aftermarket, custom, or whatever, B&H can work with it. Show them respect and they will work hard for you, these men have definitely earned every dollar I've given them. 5 stars across the board. Thanks guys, keep it up. I will NEVER use this company again. Went to have some tire swapped and the damaged both of my tires then tried to say it was my fault. Honesty goes along way. Instead of owning up to what they done they pointed the finger at me saying I showed up with the tires like that. I’ve used them for years and have recommended them to numerous friends and family members. Unfortunately they have lost my business and my family’s business as well. I recommend finding a more reputable company instead of these clowns.

Our first dealings with this company went well. We purchased new tires. The service and the product were great. The prices are very reasonable. Our second time didn’t go as well as we hoped. We took a different truck that already had new tires. We just needed to have them rotated and balanced. While the work was being completed, my husband was being chatted up and was not able to watch the work being done. They advised us that the rear shocks on our truck, that only had 4,000 miles on it, were worn out. We drove it with a bad shake because we had just had the tires balanced so it couldn’t possibly be the issue, right? It came time to rotate and balance the tires again, and we took it to another place closer by. We were told that several lug nuts were cross threaded and that our tires were seriously out of balance. So what happened? They never balanced the tires and told us that the vibrations were due to shocks so that our tires would wear out prematurely and we would need to buy tires. No honesty or good business practices. Will not ever go back nor will refer anyone to them.
