I was in desperate need of brakes and I called B12 at 5pm. I spoke with Bill and he allowed me to vent and he said be here at 8am. When I arrived the warm welcome that I received and the professionalism of the staff is impeccable. Bill diagnosed my brakes came back and told me exactly what was the issue(mind you) I had already had it checked a week prior but the price was astronomically high so when Bill not only told me the same exact thing at half the price, I almost fell out of my chair. I felt safe and comfortable with them and I am so grateful. They have gained my trust and a forever customer.

I had a really great experience at B12 Complete Auto Motor. The staff was incredibly helpful, professional, and patient with me throughout the entire process. They took the time to clearly explain everything that was wrong with my car and what needed to be fixed, which I truly appreciated. What stood out the most was that they didn’t just tell me they actually showed me pictures of the parts and walked me through the issues so I could fully understand what was going on. Took 2014 vehicle, asked them to check it out so it would last another 4-5 years and they found a few things, sent detailed pictures and explanations of what all they found. They gave very reasonable estimates, worked with me on a timeline and it drives like a new vehicle now. Very pleased with them.
