I wouldn't ever go back to this shop again. My car spent a total of around 2 months out of service and they still didn't even fix the problem. They charged me 700$ to replace a sensor and a week later the same code pops back up again. They kept making false assurances that they would start on my car one a certain day and never would. I had to take my car to another shop where they informed me that the sensor they changed was bad and they had to replace it again.

Mainstream Automotive was recommended by other automotive service companies that I have used and they all had the highest recommendation for Brad. I had a problem with a cylinder in the Jeep and I was worried about the possibility that the oil I found would require disassembling the engine for expensive work. Instead, Brad was able to figure out that I had placed the wrong spark plugs, as well as a failing ignition coil. I appreciated Brad's honesty in identifying that my previous choice of spark plugs would not be worth putting in a lawnmower. While funny it was also honest and helped me understand how to take care of my vehicle better in the future. Brad also identified that my battery was also failing, which I already knew but I did not tell Brad. This leads me more to believe that when he tells you that something needs to be fixed, it is not because he is trying to upsell you on something you don't need. I also had the opportunity to listen to Brad talking to a lady who had called in about bringing her vehicle in for work. From my end, it sounded like she was asking about every possible combination of problems and solutions for the problem on her vehicle. I noted that Brad took the time to speak to her on all of her questions and that Brad had the technical knowledge to discern what she would need instead of just telling her that she had to bring the vehicle in before he could tell her anything. Overall I was very happy with the service, knowledge, and effort that I received while I was at Mainstream Automotive. I also paid a fair price for the parts and work that I needed to have done. I also really liked the shop area was clean and orderly, and that the waiting/receiving area was nicely decorated and comfortable if you have to wait. Thank you for the great service that you provided for my old Jeep.

These Guys Are EXCELLENT Took my Steering knuckle to 2 other places incl Robbies Auto Repair been trying to get this ball joint that was stuck out for few days now, pulled up here an all 4 mechanics where ready to help took these guys all of 3 mins to fix, an didnt charge me EXCELLENT SERVICE, Will visit this shop again. Thx Alot Fellas!!

I would never take my vehicle to them again. I left my vehicle for over 3 weeks and paid $1000 for a job that was not completed. Ended up taking my vehicle to real professionals that were able to fix the issue in 2 days. Lost days of work and money thanks to Mainstream that couldn't figure out the problem on my vehicle.
