He showed up on time and replaced my brakes the same day in about 20 minutes. He explained everything clearly and the work was done efficiently at a fair price, with no pressure or upselling. It’s extremely convenient having a skilled mechanic come directly to you, and truly delivers quality service. Update to the response: Pat has stated he doesn't run a "charity" but clearly he thinks his customers do, because I paid him and his employee to cause damage to my vehicle, which I now have to take to a professional mechanic shop to be repaired correctly. This will take more money, time and frustration. Pat failed to address that I asked him to quote the job prior to work being done, and instead he completed the work and then demanded what I felt was overcharging based on the scope of work. This is not how to professionally conduct one self. Mistakes happen, but the lack of communication and me having to discover his shoddy work later is the issue. The money is not the issue, but the approach he took is unethical. If you are okay with a mechanic that's untrustworthy, unreliable, unprofessional and takes zero accountability, this is the mechanic for you! If you choose to use this business you have been warned. I recommend having a backup professional to fix this guy's mistakes, and then plan on paying for work more than once. Like I stated earlier, mistakes happen, it's unfortunate this guy has no intention of learning from them. Communication is key. Don't cover up your mistakes and not take ownership. It makes you look bad. I do not recommend using this mechanic. I asked for a quote to remove locking lugs nuts on my wife's Kia, and after completing the job Patt told me the price which I thought sounded too high and was expecting to get a quote prior to the work being done, not after. I explained that I had no idea it was going to cost that much and he knocked $100 off the price. Later I discovered that Pat and another young man that works for him, had cross threaded 3 wheel studs on 2 different wheels. Given the time, money and frustration I would recommend saving your hard earned money and contacting a professional mechanic. I understand mistakes happen, but the lack of integrity and poor communication are just bad business. Lesson learned on my end. I will never trust this guy to touch another vehicle again.

Thank you so much for coming out so quickly and figuring out that it was a coolant issue. Ordering the parts and coming back same day to finish the job! Now I once again have reliable transportation to work and my bf has his baby back and running! Will absolutely recommend you guys to anyone in the area with vehicle troubles! Very reasonable pricing and very kind! You will hear from us again when we are in need of breaks and all that jazz!

I had an amazing experience from start to finish with Mr. Patrick n Trey, both amazing guys. I needed my brakes changed immediately and gave them a call, sent my info and got a great price. Patrick was amazing!! He came over on Easter Day to fix my car issues. As soon as he arrived he was able to identify the issue and immediately began to order parts to go pick them up.
