I don't even want to give them one star. They told me they thought the car needed a new computer. I was supposed to receive a phone call with the exact cost of the repair. Instead, I got a call that my car was ready to pick up. They decided, without discussing anything with me, that it was not the computer. They replaced a brand new battery that I had just purchased a week prior with a new battery of their own. They did a $90 oil and filter change, labor not included. I had already purchased a jug of oil and a filter... They are still sitting by my front door. They replaced a few spark plugs, an air filter, and a crankshaft censor. They did all of this work that had NOTHING to do with what I brought the car in for, they did NOT run it past me first, and then they charged me $660 for the labor. $1140. He said, "If the light comes on, just come back and we'll take a look." Well, the light did come back on. When I went back, he diagnosed the REAL problem, and explained that the warranty on the original labor only cover the parts that they replaced. I would now need to shell out MORE money for them to fix the problem that they were supposed to fix the first time around. I left. I am filing a complaint with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, the BBB, and I will be starting the process of taking them to small claims court.
