AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Pembroke Pines Service Center

I brought my Jeep in without an appointment and I was greeted by a Tomas L. who took great care of me. I was contact my the actual service mechanic with his finding and recommendations. And when my vehicle was complete, Tomas was not in, but I was help by a young man names Luis who was just as nice and professional. This has been one of the BEST experiences I have ever had at a service dealership. I highly recommend this service center.

Very pleased with Luis honesty, energy and swift processing. Loved the video they uploaded during my vehicle inspection and recommendations. My only negative feedback is, the mechanic never commented on my dash board lights and reason why they were on. I assumed after the recalls they were going to come off, that’s is not the case. Luis called me to check on me after the service and apologized because he wasn’t made aware himself and he recommended I swing by to take a look. Also the complementary carwash was acceptable but it had a residual smell inside as if they wiped it down with dirty water and did not sprayed any fragrance inside. I will continue servicing my vehicles here and see it through with my dashboard lights and how they recover from this discrepancies, I get sometimes things don’t go as planned. It’s all about how they quickly come back and are able to finaih strong. TBD

Tomas is an excellent service rep. He always does a great job coordinating service or recalls for my Jeep Grand Cherokee. He’s professional, responsive, and easy to work with. He keeps me informed throughout the process and makes sure everything is handled smoothly. Really appreciate his attention to detail and customer service. Tomas thank you as always!

I am extremely disappointed with the service department at AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Pembroke Pines. After having a major repair performed here (transmission replacement), the vehicle failed within months and required additional work. After the most recent visit, the vehicle was returned making more noise than before and with oil all over the transmission, which raises serious concerns about workmanship and safety. Communication has been almost nonexistent. Calls to the main service line go unanswered, messages are left without return calls, and the only way to get information is by physically going to the dealership. When I do show up, instead of solutions I’m told there are no loaner vehicles, that parts take a long time, and I repeatedly hear staff openly complain about how bad the process is and how problematic newer vehicles are. This does nothing to build confidence or trust in the work being performed. While waiting, I overheard a service advisor dismiss another customer’s concern about a loose component on a new vehicle by saying it was “normal,” that he’s “seen worse,” and that it was “not really a big deal.” That interaction alone was alarming and speaks volumes about the culture in the service department. On top of that, management is essentially unreachable. I requested to speak with a service manager and was left waiting in the service area without follow-up or resolution, eventually having to leave. This isn’t about delays — things happen. This is about poor communication, lack of accountability, dismissive attitudes, and unprofessional conduct. For a dealership of this size and brand, the service experience here is unacceptable. I would not recommend servicing your vehicle at this location.

Luis Martínez (Junior) provided me with a fantastic service that made the process of working with this dealership comfortable and enjoyable. Junior was very insightful and took his time walking me through their inventory and making sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. I’d like to also thank Julio the manager, Ali, and Grace who also took place in helping me get my new truck! Fantastic team!
