I took my 2019 Kia Sportage to check the transmission before a cross country trip and was pleasantly surprised that they did no only checked the transmission with test drive and all, but they check the whole car. They spotted a small coolant leak and oil leak coming out of the valve cover and the need for new tires and a battery. Things that could have spoiled my trip. But the mejor surprise was when I asked por the bill they said it was all good, no charge. All because I was an existing customer. I highly recommend them for any service. I give Stephan 👍🏻for his excelente service.

I’ve taken my car here twice for transmission work and both experiences have been great. They’re honest, transparent, and always take the time to explain and show me exactly what’s going on. The first time I came in, they even offered complimentary towing, which I really appreciated. They also let me know if they notice anything else with the car, which shows they truly care. Highly recommend!

I was visiting from Tallahassee with family in Pembroke Pines for the 4th of July weekend when my wife’s Enclave needed transmission work—Action Transmissions was kind, courteous, and professional every step of the way! Their staff are extremely knowledgeable and efficient; Danny and Oscar were able to diagnose the exact issue while providing reasonable estimates—they even took the time to explain the repair work involved and walked me through their extremely clean shop floor to show me where and how they would repair our Enclave’s transmission. I highly recommend this family-owned and operated business for any repair/replacement of your vehicle’s transmission—extremely knowledgeable and reasonably priced with 0% interest financing available for qualified applicants. I had a good experience with Aaction Transmissions and wanted to share it. I initially spoke with Stephan, who helped guide me through the situation. There were some back-and-forth steps while figuring out the best solution, but during that time I ran into a difficult financial situation that made it hard for me to proceed. This is where Luis, the owner, really stood out. He understood my situation and worked with me in a very fair and honest way to help resolve the issue. That level of understanding and integrity is not something you find everywhere. At this point, I don’t yet have enough long-term results to fully evaluate the mechanical work itself, but I can confidently say that the honesty and professionalism shown by Luis gave me a lot of trust in this shop. If everything continues to go well with my car, I’ll gladly come back and leave a more detailed review. For now, I do believe this is a good shop, and the owner is someone you can trust. There may be small areas to improve, like any business, but honesty like this is rare and truly appreciated.
