I was greated by Brendan Matias, who became my salesman. He was friendly and personable. He helped me find the exact vehicle I was looking for. Handle everything very professionally. Then I was sent to Alexander Abel, he was the finance manager. Again very friendly and personable. Went over all the paperwork very completely and explained everything. He too was very professional. I have been buying cars since 1978 and this was my best experience ever at a dealership. Thank you Auto Nation Chevrolet.

Update: I made an appointment with Daniel Horsham to get my oil changed and do some preventative maintenance. He sat me down when I arrived and explained everything in detail and showed me that when doing the maintenance it came with a warranty. I enjoyed his no haggle approach and attention to detail. I will definitely be returning to get more service done.

I want to commend Lairen Villamil for the exceptional service she provided in caring for my two vehicles, which were serviced just days apart. From start to finish, Lairen was attentive, professional, and genuinely dedicated to making sure everything was handled properly. Both vehicles were returned to me running as well as they did the day I bought them, which speaks volumes about her attention to detail and commitment to customer care. What impressed me most was the personal attention she gave throughout the process. She made me feel valued, informed, and completely confident that my vehicles were in excellent hands. Lairen’s customer service went above and beyond. Her kindness, responsiveness, and thoroughness left such a strong impression that I truly feel like I’ve made a genuine friend in the process. Went for issues I have been dealing with, with my truck since Oct 2025. I had to go to other dealerships to deal with the problem because it was a real hassle to deal with them. They were telling me that they had to keep my truck, in different occasions to deal with the same problem 3 weeks the first time and 2 months the second time before they even were going to diagnose the problem. They also told me they couldn't offer me a loaner or rental until they diagnosed it and check it to be covered by the warranty. My truck is well under the years and mileage to be covered by the warranty. Even when I got GM involved they were even having problems communicating with them.
