I was assigned Julio Lazos as my service advisor; we were able to chat for a few minutes, and he put me at ease by explaining exactly how the process would unfold. I left feeling completely satisfied. The mechanics kept me updated on the progress of the work, even sending photos and videos. They called me when my Nissan Ariya was ready for pickup, and they even gave it a complimentary wash. I absolutely loved the service—I recommend them 100%. I would return without hesitation if the need arose. Thank you, Julio, and AutoNation Nissan!
View on GoogleI arrived at AutoNation Nissan at 7am to have my driver side window repaired. I stopped working and would not roll up. The attendant explained To diagnosis the car it would be $244. If I chose to get the repairs done half of the money will go toward the repairs. I told him it was to expensive and proceed to leave. 5 minutes later I return and agreed to the service. My advisor as Paul, very nice guy. Helped me out the best way possible.
