I had such a great experience at Shell Rapid Lube. I came in for a routine oil change and also had an issue with one of my tires losing air. I knew there was a hole somewhere, but I couldn’t figure out where it was coming from. Jordy was an absolute wizard and found the issue almost immediately, then patched it up quickly and professionally. Junior took care of my oil change and the entire process was smooth, fast, and efficient. What really stood out to me was how honest and respectful the team was. They gave me a clear breakdown of a few things I should keep an eye on with my vehicle, but there was zero pressure or upselling. After dealing with bad experiences at other oil change places before, this was honestly refreshing. The whole team was polite, knowledgeable, and genuinely seemed to care. I can absolutely see why they have so many positive reviews. Highly recommend Shell Rapid Lube if you want trustworthy and efficient service.

View on GoogleI come here all the time for them to change my oil. This time Ernesto helped me. He also showed me a few things on my car. He didnt try to oversell me on things, but gave me preventative things to keep in mind. I also had my front and back breaks done there as well. Even our ASE automotive teacher at the tech school I work for told me whoever did my breaks, it was done very well. (It was done here). Thanks for great service and not trying to take advantage of folks...plus I was in and out with my granddaughter. 4.5 stars
