We were on a cruise and my Ford app told us we had a flat tire we called they went to the port and fixed the tire while we were at sea so now we can drive home with ought having to worry. They sent pictures of the whole process. Amazing service!! Shame on the port of Miami for not having an hourly parking fee port charged the daily rate of $35 for 20 min.
View on GoogleI’m only writing this review so other people don’t get Ripped off like me. Her quotes me $75 for a simple tire patch over the phone. His guy finishes the job on a tire he knows i have to replace and then without saying one word doubled the price to $150 for his “Service”. This is the kind of place just looking for help and instead prey on the consumer when the job is done which took 10 minutes literally. Avoid this guy at all costs and don’t believe whatever he quotes on the phone.
View on GoogleI spent 1000 in cash and the guy came out and put all new tires and was very happy with the job…. However the installer forgot to balance my the tires.. I called the owner Juan Cruz the next day to get this fixed and he promised he was going to have one of his guys come and balance my wheels, waited all day never showed up so I called and he said oh I forgot that he will send someone the next day at noon …. I cancelled all the things I had to do for the day and again no one showed up ….. now I keep calling and texting and no answer or reply total ignorance !!!! It’s a huge shame because I was telling all my friends and family about this place for them to get tired at a good price and trustworthy…. I GUESS I WAS TOTALLY WRONG !!!!!!!!!

Plus, I’m aware that you can’t make everyone happy but I think credit should be given where it is deserved . Also, I never write reviews, but two back to back amazing experiences, then shame on me not too….. So, Ive had a flat tire on my BMW M8 2023 TWICE in the last two months. To say my tires are RARE is an understatement. However, both times a rabbit was pulled out of the mechanic hat!!!! Not only did they find and provide me the right size of tire, But they also didn’t charge me me an arm and a leg and take advantage of my situation, Which being a female sometimes this is tough. In addition, There is so much competition in the automotive world so nowadays it is important to just provide customer service and a positive experience regardless of a solution. I felt like with these guys, no matter what they would have put in the effort no matter what I needed, even if they hadn’t pulled off the impossible! Keep it up guys, The hard work will pay off because I’ve experienced your customer service and hard work both times, “Round the clock”!!
