I received a very good service, I was even asked if I have my home keys and didn't leave them by mistake with the car key. I was estimated 3 hours, but the car was ready after just two hours. Mark, service advisor at Lincoln Pines, was very thorough, very polite (not fake:) and I was offered a shuttle home and being picked up when their done service. I was taken in immediately, as my appointment was, I didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes. It was really great. Everything is very neat and clean. I highly appreciate the place

I Had an amazing experience at Pines Lincoln! The staff was professional, friendly, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. I’m very happy with my new Lincoln Corsair — highly recommend this dealership! Meshi was super helpful and very knowledgeable about everything! She is super sweet and Jeff is absolutely the best GM ever — you can tell he really cares about his customers and his team. Couldn’t have asked for better service!

Top Notch service! Our tech, Emilio, was the TOTAL package!! He exceeded expectations in arrival time, he was EARLY, not ON time or late AND alerted prior to arrival. He is professional, very thorough, and QUICK. A true asset and EXCELLENT representative of Pines Lincoln Mobile. We highly recommend using this service, should the need arise, we WILL contact them again. Additionally, the Mobile Manager Neil is a gem as well, as he assisted with scheduling.
