Pines Ford Service

My first experience with Pembroke Pines Ford was with the service department, I scheduled a visit for a recall on my Ford lightning and within 48 hours I received a call from Neil, which quickly set me up with the mobile appointment the following week. David showed up at the schedule time and communicated throughout the entire process even prior to his arrival. I had an amazing experience with their service department and a competency of the advisors and the mobile technicians. David was courteous and when above and beyond explaining everything that was going to be done and even took some time to help me understand future service needs for an electric vehicle. Highly recommended service department for this dealership. Neil and David exceeded any and all of my expectations.

Alex clearly explained the work that needed to be done, answered all of my questions, and made sure everything was completed on time as promised. Absolutely horrible experience! Scheduled appointment online 3 days prior and when I arrived the day of the appointment the service advisor said I wasn’t scheduled even though I had a confirmation email. I went in for oil change, tire rotation and a few warranty issues. Basically right off the rip the advisor said they can’t rotate the tires because it’s a dually. He then asked me what made me think they could be rotated there, I said well, it’s a ford truck at a ford dealer so there’s that. Appointment starts at 8:30-9 ish and I wait, wait and wait till 1:00 when he comes out and said the oil change is done but they need another 3 hours to diag the warranty issues. I said I’ve been here 5 hours and that hasn’t been done, he says they only have one tech that can do it and he’s busy. I said there is no way I’m spending another minute here give me my truck. It would have been one thing if I was informed along the way, but I was not. They have a text system to let you know the progress and I didn’t receive a peep. Each time I went by the tech desk he was busy talking to other employees. I understand being busy but that wasn’t the case. The whole experience is terrible from arrival to the check in process to the waiting game with no updates. I absolutely will never go back to this dealer for anything! I will say that the cashier was great and very helpful. If there was a choice for no star rating I would have.

Marco was a great sales rep. I came in because of an issue with the glass on my car, and he went above and beyond to help me. He got me the information I needed for my insurance, and he also noticed another issue with my car and helped me fix that as well. I was super grateful for his help. The original issue I came in for has not been resolved yet, but he has stayed in communication with me and continues making sure I’m taken care of. It’s hard to find genuinely helpful people these days, and I really appreciate his kindness and professionalism.

After receiving a recall for our Ford vehicle. I decided to go to our closest dealer and made an appointment. I couldn't be more pleased with the service and treatment I received. Welcome me to the appointment was fast as well as registering the car. Good things when you have to be at work. And also they sent me in a complementary Uber after leaving my car. The repairs were done same day and the car delivered later to my location. I could not have ask for more. Special thanks to my service advisor Marco Garcia, and technician that worked in the car for making it an easy process.
