Had a sheared bolt cut clean off when I was working on my car. In my obvious panic, I called around looking for help and suggestions. After a number of useless phone calls of people telling me I need to bring it in for inspection and not even giving me a range to work with at all. Now, I understand, asking for a quote for this predicament over the phone and expecting a quote is a hard ask, I get that. However, it's the approach handled, whereby, these guys not only told me it should be safe to drive as long as I take it easy, which ended up saving me the tow fee that everyone else was forcing, as well as giving me a potential range given on how difficult the task may be and running me through the complexity. They offered me services to clear out other concerns as well, not to upsell me, but rather to take care of concerns that I already knew of but appreciated their attention to detail. These guys are fairly priced and I definitely have found my new go to shop. Much appreciated fellas! Thanks again!

I was recommended to go to Jap Tech by the AAA technician when my car wouldn’t start. My hesitation quickly turned to relief as soon as I got on the phone with them, they walked me thru the situation, discussed timing, and were easy to deal with. Over the next few days as my car was being fixed (new starter), they kept me informed, and even completed the work faster than planned. Additionally, when ready, I asked them about other potential services and Gabriel, the owner’s son, took the time to walk me thru why I did or didn’t need potential services, what made sense financially or not, or who I should go to for other services and why. Their speed, but especially their honesty in communication and services, helped put me at ease, and showed me this was a business I could trust. I will absolutely return if I ever need more work on my Toyota. Thank you Shorty and Gabriel!
