I was fortunate that Wayne answered my called. I had called two other places and no answer. Wayne answered first time calling, and he informed me that if he miss my called he will return it in 5 - 10 mins top. The service is extremely convenient and customer friendly. I was taken care of by Wayne, he met me at my location. I got a great deal for a set of tires/ 4 new tires for my volkswagen. He delivered excellent customer service, was polite, the whole time I didn’t feel like I was getting robbed. I called a tire shop earlier and they offered me 1 tire for more than half the price he charged me for a whole set. He is knowledgeable, and knows what he is doing. I am now a customer for life, if you are looking for new tires, I recommend calling tire plus in pembroke pines first. I was stress and overly worried about how much it will cost me and rather if I will be safe to drive my car. I was using a spare tire because one of my tires blow out on me. That stress and anxiety has been cast away thanks to Wayne and his services.

Absolutely ridiculous experience. We were told multiple times “I’m almost there” and “few more minutes” for OVER an hour just to never show up at all. Meanwhile my girlfriend was stranded at night after work sitting in a parking lot with a completely flat tire stressed out, irritated, and waiting on help that never came. What makes it worse is the constant false updates instead of just being honest from the beginning. If you’re too busy, can’t make it, or don’t want the job, then SAY THAT instead of wasting people’s time and leaving them stuck thinking help is coming. We rearranged everything and sat there waiting because we trusted your word. Completely unprofessional, unreliable, and inconsiderate. This situation could’ve gone way worse considering she was alone at night. Would never recommend to anybody if reliability and communication matter to you at all. Update: over the phone when we first called he said 60$. Almost 2 hours later and just now arrived and he’s saying it’s 140$ to put a new tire which she didn’t need nor asked for.. Absolutely ridiculous.
