My recent experience has been a nightmare. I dropped my truck off in December because my check engine light was on. The service advisor Anwar hooked my truck u to a machine and he advised me that i need a clamp, 2 new sensors, an oil change and an exhaust cleaning. I told him change the sensors, do the oil change and replace the clamp. He only change the oil and replaced the clamp. When i picked up my truck he told me the sensors didn’t need to be changed. After a little over a week the check engine light comes back on, i took my truck back to the dealership where they held my truck for a week only to tell me that the sensors that should of been installed weeks ago from the beginning is now out of stock and they don’t know when they will be back in stock.

I went in with a serious issue that I created on my diesel truck. As always, first person I contact is Jorge Morales, which is whom I’ve purchased all my vehicles at Vera for over 20 years. He coordinated the towing and everything I needed to resolve the issue (this is not his job, but as his customer he always goes the extra mile). Once at the dealer, Gustavo Rodriguez took over in the service department, which had me back in my truck and on the road the next day. Thank you all at Vera that had a hand in fixing my truck, which of course includes the Technician 👍🏻.
