I had a great experience at Tire Kingdom. John was awesome to work with he got me in and out quickly and was able to find the exact tire I needed. The whole process was smooth, professional, and hassle-free. View on GoogleI came in with a flat tire, staff seemed to be professional, however, the level of communication is very poor. I wish that staff takes my situation into consideration, there is no need for client’s frustration everything can be anticipated and simply communicated in advance. In the end I was helped and was late for my appointment only by 15 minutes, but it costed me my relaxed attitude and good mood.
View on GoogleI gave this shop more than one chance, and unfortunately both experiences were disappointing. On my first visit, I was told that a previous technician had been let go because he didn’t know what he was doing. That was concerning, but I still decided to return later to use my alignment warranty. The second visit confirmed the bigger issue. The technician (Nick) was visibly frustrated, unprofessional, and even made comments about just wanting to “get me out of there quickly.” That’s not acceptable when you’re trusting someone with your vehicle. More importantly, the alignment issue was incorrectly diagnosed. I was told that something in the rear suspension was “bad” and couldn’t be properly aligned. Instead of taking that at face value, I went to another alignment shop immediately after. They inspected the exact same components and had no issue correcting the alignment. They even took the time to test drive the car with me to ensure everything was right. That tells me this wasn’t a parts issue — it was a lack of proper diagnosis, experience, and attention to detail. There’s a clear difference between someone going through the motions and someone who actually understands alignment work. Unfortunately, this shop felt like the former. Between the inconsistent technical skill and poor customer service, I would strongly recommend going somewhere else if you want the job done correctly the first time.

View on GoogleI came in today and had an amazing customer experience. Yuri listened to my concerns, recommend repairs, and understood my budget, and did it all with patience and a smile! Nick the technician greeted me professionally after he looked over my car and took the time to explain to me why certain work was recommend and what aspect of driving/riding in the car those parts effects. He made sure my tire pressure was perfect and I understood everything before I left. His focus on my safety was very appreciated. The guys took great care of me on sunday and i will hapily recommend this shop to anybody I know in the future. This shop has a crew that really functions as a team.
