If I can start off without a star at all, I wouldn’t that would be great I had by far the worst experience ever at this place this morning nothing against the owner. He was great, but he needs to train his employees to have better customer service for starters I went to go get my tire plugged. The owner insisted that if he plugs it, it would get worse so i just needed to get a another tire granted , maybe that’s something i needed to do anyways so I went with his idea and got another tire. His employee went to the back and got me a tire. Then once he put it on the Car, he asked me how I was going to pay. I said card we did went into the office to make the transaction. The employee said if you want to put a tip, you can add it here, but it’s the way that he spoke to me in the office , I was on a phone call about business but paying attention as well-so I said sorry what did you say Again, because what he was saying to me, I was not comprehending because nothing was on the card reader so I’m like yeah you telling me this, but I don’t see nothing on my end so I’m like i don’t even know how much was on the card because he said tip so he repeated slowly everything he said like I was an idiot so I was trying to talk and he said hold on hold on hold on let me talk pay attention that’s what he said to me and I’m like first of all the card says system is down. His face looks stupid and he starts to call the owner to fix. It did not even apologize to me for speaking to me like I was an idiot when the card reader was down and he just walked out the office , so no he was not getting a tip for me after that so the owner thanked me for my patience, so I went to my car and the guy came to my car to stop me Proceeded to say oh you said you was on the phone and you didn’t know how much money was on the card, but if it was the Chinese people and you went to go get your nails and hair done you would have knew how much was on the card And because it’s a black man, I didn’t want to leave a tip. First of all I’m black. I’m all for black businesses. I always give tips. But how do he even know if I gave him a tip or not because he walked out of the office. Why just because I didn’t give cash so you come up to my car The nerve of the unprofessionalism with the employee He sat there and he followed me not even knowing my situation. I would never ever stop at this tire shop even if my tire is flat to the rim I will skipped this place. And it’s sad. It’s in my neighborhood and I could’ve went to the other companies down the street I left feeling uncomfortable about the situation. I never ever will recommend this place to no one!!!!!!!!

Worst service I’ve ever received and I visit many tire places before. I don’t know if it’s because they are old people that just don’t care but I DO NOT RECOMMEND PEOPLE COMING HERE. and then the ordacity to install my tires with missing lug nuts!?!?!?!? Need better customer service, better attention to the tire and communicate with people waiting over 30 minutes with only 2 cars in the lot.

THEY PUT TIRES ON MY MOTHER'S CAR WITH THE INTENT OF HARMING HER. That is the only reason EVER anyone would put tires in this condition on someone's vehicle AND charge them $60 !!! It wasn't until a couple weaks and her mentioning a vibration that I decided to check them out. Scammers and fraudsters just selling whatever they have to take people's money. I hope the city shuts this business down.

Super helpful! I came to Al's after another shop gave me two faulty tires in a row. Their team was able to spot that my replacement had actually had a bad plug and gave me a patch instead. No more leaking air and smooth driving from there on. Definitely going to Al's first next time I need a tire.

I arrived at the location at 10 till five where one person was being served. No one approached me, spoke to me or anything when I saw the other person being completed I then exited my vehicle to speak to someone at which time I was told that they were closed and that the services that they provided were limited after 4:30 PM however, online it shows that they are open until 6:30 PM on Sunday. No one took the time to try to accommodate me considering Google had a different time for their hours of operation, and considering that I made it there before their closing time so as much as I would like to give a higher star rating, I am not able to judge anything based off of complete services rendered because no one was willing to go the extra mile to assist someone who arrived to their establishment before their closing time . ( I may have only needed a plug for my tire, and I explained that my tire was running low, and I had children with me that made the matter all the more of a reason to speak on) Someone said they were on two occasions, but still did not make any effort to try to help me or direct me in a direction of where someone could help me considering that they were not willing.
