After wasting far too much time with another Ford dealership, coming back to AutoNation Miami was the best decision I could have made. I feel I was completely misled by AutoNation Ford. I went in on November 8th for a simple oil change, and when I picked up my car, the advisor told me my brake pads were “gone” and that I risked damaging the rotors. Because they were closing, I asked how long I could drive on them—he said “a few days.” I took the car to another mechanic for the brake job and was told my brakes were still good. See photos attached. This feels like a scare tactic to sell unnecessary repairs, and it’s unacceptable.
