This was my second time coming in this week. Last time I came in at 11 and it was crowded. Apparently I didn’t have all my paperwork ready so I came back in a few days later today. It was 4 PM and there was only one person in line. Sara La Cubana was my agent and she took care of my Tag entitled transfer really quick..

I asked you mean with all of us in line she's going to go around of all of us. She responded yes and walked away. Next a guy walks in from outside and the teller tells me he was here early so he's going in front of me. No RESPECT!! For your waiting customers.
View on GoogleI went to register a car and received poor customer service, slight altitude and a mind made up to never return there again. The guy working there was helpful and pleasant. Rebuttal- The rude lady with poor communication skills could've just said a signature was missing. She just kept saying the form isn't completed and didn't go into details. I ask guy to take a look and he explained a signature was missing, something so simple. I thanked him and took my money somewhere else. FYI. For whomever is responding you ARE NOT professional and the business rating speaks for itself. Have a wonderful day and a even better attitude!

Yes, there are long lines sometimes but that because the workers are efficient in needing to make sure all documents are correct. And you feel like they have attitude ..no they don't, they are working, not your friend..Geez!
View on GoogleHorrible customer service. I’m not sure if the owner is concerned or addresses the complaints at this location. I arrived at 4:30pm when I finally reached the front of the line , they said it was not too late to provide the service for a handicapped sticker renewal. This was the 3rd time that I have been going back and forth within 3 days. They are never willing to listen or help . Everyone always has an attitude. At this point the entire staff needs to be replaced.
