I had a great experience with the service department at Palmetto57 Nissan. I took the vehicle for the service to be done and they did an excellent job on my car, and everything was handled smoothly from start to finish. A special thank you to Enrique, who was incredibly helpful throughout the process. He kept me informed, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was taken care of. Great service, great team. I’ll definitely be back.
View on GoogleI had a very disappointing experience with the service department at this dealership. The service manager, Alexis, was extremely rude and unprofessional. Because I did not purchase my vehicle from this location, he claimed that my warranty was expired or voided—which is completely inaccurate. Instead of taking the time to properly review my warranty or offer any assistance, he was dismissive and ultimately hung up on me. That level of customer service is unacceptable, especially from someone in a management position. Regardless of where a vehicle is purchased, customers should be treated with respect and given accurate information. I expected much better from this dealership. I would strongly recommend additional training in customer service and professionalism for their staff.
