⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 STARS – HONEST, FAIR, AND PROFESSIONAL! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ John provided exceptional roadside service and was extremely fair with his pricing. He originally came out at 6 PM and planned to complete the repair for around $500. Unfortunately, the replacement part available at the time turned out to be incorrect for our newer truck. Despite that, John spent several hours working on the truck and trying every possible solution to get us back on the road. When it became clear the part would not work, he did not charge us for all of that extra time and effort. The next morning, he searched multiple suppliers to locate the correct tensioner and belt, which was very difficult because the truck is a newer model. After finally finding the right parts, he returned, completed the repair, and got us back on the road. The final bill was $880, including the higher-cost parts and the additional trip. Considering the amount of time, effort, and dedication involved, the price was more than fair and still less than many repair shops would have charged. John was honest, hardworking, and determined to solve the problem. It's rare to find someone willing to put in that much effort without trying to take advantage of the customer. Highly recommended. If I ever need roadside truck repair again, John will be my first call. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Man I tell you my amigo Joan is the best truck mechanic there is if you located anywhere in the area man trust his work he will get you right with ease I’m talking about my truck there was problem after problem and what did joan do he diagnose after diagnose each problem there was he solved it fixed it let me know and still let me know what to do it’s like he had magical hands because everything joan touched it fixed like even my phone it’s been not working I been using MagSafe for about a month and a half now Because my charger was broken and snapped and it was dirty inside he literally fixed it as well and I didn’t even ask for that Like how lol But if this sounds fake to you it’s not call Joan He’s the best God bless he even gave me his charger and box to charge my phone 💯💪🏿🫟

While traveling home from Florida to Texas in our Tiffin motorhome, we had a hose blow off on the interstate. Coach-Net dispatched this company and sent John out as a mobile tech. John was prompt, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He had a fantastic attitude and was not afraid to get his hands dirty. He quickly assessed the situation and handled everything with confidence and skill. What could have been a very stressful situation turned into a positive experience because of him. We truly appreciate his hard work and would highly recommend John to anyone needing roadside RV assistance

Had a trailer door that broke off the hinges on a Saturday evening. Every shop in the area either couldn't get to it until Monday, or wanted over $1k to repair it. Called ,Kingdom and ,Joan had it repaired in just over an hour...and he did the work on the side of the road without the use of a shop. Now I'm able to get back on the road with practically no downtime. These guys really saved my butt. Oh..and it was half the cost of the local shops in the area and far more professional. Thanks guys!!!

We had an issue with our RV and needed two airbags replaced. These guys did an amazing job from start to finish. The mechanic was professional, knowledgeable, and handled everything quickly and correctly. Communication was great, and the service was honest and reliable. Our RV is riding perfectly now. Highly recommend this company — they definitely deserve a raise for the quality of work they provide!
